Yo SuccessClick!

Still building the empire with Whypark here too.

My portfolio is really starting to roll now - in fact sold a hand reg $7.05 domain that I put on Whypark a year ago for $3,500 and I'm also in negotiations for a few more (I play a slowwwww hand).

The main reason I was able to pull that kinda' loot was the buyer made the comment saying "I see you have a website there", so of course I played that card. "Developed" website premium pricing can always be justified to an end user over a "parked" domain IMO.

XXXXXX Stephen Douglas Responds:

You da man, Lumpy! I've sold two domains for several thousand dollars that I parked on Whypark, and I'm sure the fact they saw a working website on the domain they wanted was a big reason for convincing them they better "snatch" that domain out of the hands of a competitor quick. The company that owns their prodservs domains is the winner online. Period.

You're one of the best examples of WhyPark's services creating a nice cash flow, so it's great hearing from you bro!

CU later old friend,

I bookmarked ya', I'll stop in from time to time.

What do you suggest to do if I go the route of not using the whypark ads and adding my own affiliate links and banners. (I also make custom boxes with affiliate products as well)

From what I understand if I choose to NOT use whypark ads then any content that is generated by the keywords, and is clicked on I will NOT get money for that correct? Only if I choose the whypark ads will I get paid for clicks.

Please confirm this or expand on what is best for non performing domains (non performing as in 1-50 hits a month)

XXXXXX Stephen Douglas Responds:

Hi Ricky,

You can still use Whypark ads too, but you'll need to move to a Managed level setup. Since you're not a client of mine and I can't speak for payouts for your own ads utilized at Whypark, you'll get the best answers for this by logging into your account and getting Kelly live on chat, or emailing to support@whypark.com. Good questions tho!
