WHYPARK FREE TEST ACCOUNT UPDATE

September 14th, 2008 Posted in General Domain News

Just a quick update on the WhyPark free account offer I posted 2 days ago. Thanks for the overwhelming response! The purpose of my last post was to offer my blog readers ten free domains for 90 day accounts to test the WhyPark system.  In the last few days, I’ve been asked a few questions by some readers about adsense concerns that I know have been discussed on NamePros and at least two other forums.

FYI: I’m not up to speed on PAST issues that occurred months before I came aboard WhyPark, except I know that the Phase 2 rollout coming up in a few weeks will address these issues. I respectfully request that you don’t ask me questions concerning any WhyPark tech issues on this blog. Successclick.com is my personal domain consultant blogsite, and it is not the appropriate forum for technical questions about WhyPark.

The WhyPark team and I wholeheartedly invite strong discussion about WhyPark services, ideas, concerns and hopefully solutions to customers’ questions. Some of our users, including “Lumpy” of L2, have done an excellent job on forums helping other WhyPark customers build out their sites. However, there is a specific forum for questions about WhyPark features and conversation, where you also might get some tantalizing clues as to the amazing new rollout coming up in a few weeks after TRAFFIC NY.

At this time, questions or concerns about WhyPark are best answered at WhyParkInsider.com. This way there is a central location for common concerns and requests for advice or tips.  My personal blog here was not meant to be a forum for WhyPark technical questions, and I apologize to anyone whose questions weren’t answered adequately here by me. However, in my origninal post offering the free service, I clearly ended the post by directing everyone with questions to contact support@_whypark.com (remove the underscore).  One or two people ignored this caveat at the end of my blog post and chose to ask divisive questions about WhyPark on issues before I was hired, and which have been already answered many times on the forums (and directly to them). However, most of the other questions were legitimate.

Moving forward, anyone who wishes to participate in the Whypark program and wants to join in a forum dedicated to providing guidance for WhyPark can do so at WhyParkInsider.com.

ABOUT THE PHOTO:

P.S. For the many Successclick readers who requested to see original photos of Matt Sorum, ex-drummer of Guns N Roses, I added this photo heading because I thought it was appropriate to my initial response to some reader’s WhyPark questions. It’s titled “SPIN OUT”.  LOL

It is one of hundreds of never before published photos of Matt Sorum of GNR. The story behind this photo was a friend shot this pic before Matt and I went out clubbing in early 1990’s. He was actually with the Cult at that time - and joined GNR about a month later. I had a tricked out lowered 911SC Porsche, and less than an hour after this photo was taken, we met some girls at a nightclub I produced . They invited us back to their apartment, but some queebie had a later model Porsche and decided to race us to the girls’ apartment. The girls drove off, Matt and I followed in my Porsche, and were razzed by this doofus in the other Porsche. They pulled up in front of us at a red light, and when it turned green, we jammed on it… within 100 yards, I was running up on the guy’s tail, and he TOUCHED HIS BRAKE LIGHTS to back me off. I swerved into the oncoming lane, and lost control of my car at 110 mph, spinning into three 360’s before ending up on the other side of the road facing the opposite direction. We missed oncoming cars by 20 yards. Slow motion screaming, both Matt and I looked at each other with that rare look of “this is it”. I’ll never forget that night that I almost killed one of the best drummers in the world and a talented friend of mine.  I drove more carefully after that. Speed and stupidity kills. At least some of the time.

    Hi All,

I’m Alan, one of the first customers of WhyPark and the source of the angel investment WhyPark secured back in April. I have a blog at WhyParkInsider.com and would be happy to address any detailed questions there. I also visit the namepros thread “WhyPark, Just What the Doctor Ordered” about once a week and answer open questions on the thread.

Being involved with WhyPark for over two years as a customer I know most of the answers to the questions, but I do get some challenging ones every now and then and I’m more than happy to run down the answers. If you’ve read some of my answers, you’ll know I’m long on information/answers and short on promotion. I’ll head over to Namepros now and see if there are any open questions.

    Hello out there,

I’m Jeff Schneider, also a customer of Whypark. I had the pleasure of meeting personally with Craig Rowe the president of Whypark. I came away from our coffee meeting feeling I could trust him to do the right things for his customers.

I am in the very early stages of putting together a network of sites using the whypark service. I find it super easy to use and I am looking forward to the rollout of phase 2 improvements. I believe its change we can trust!

    Hello

A few months ago Craig set up a little over 500 domains for me for a very reasonable price, but I’ve been too busy selling to start developing my sites at WhyPark. But today’s the day. After letting my sites simmer for a few months it’s quite clear which ones are pulling in the most natural traffic, so it’s not going to be difficult deciding where to start.

But what’s up with Phase 2? Has it been “phased” in? If not, any news on when it will roll out?

    Best Regards
    Charles Lowe

    Hi Charles,

Thanks for writing. The best source for WhyPark news is http://www.whyparkinsider.com.

However, I can tell you that Phase 2 is beyond anything anyone else has to offer, and we’re preparing to launch it soon. The icing on the cake is being applied…

Thanks for being a client of WhyPark, and I hope your domains are generating money and getting SE positioning.
